The Fight of Our Lives is a very detailed acount of how we are in a fight against Radical Islam and it is a fight we are losing.  Bennett shows you how that not all Muslims are radical extremist, some are and those are the ones we should be fighting.  Radical Islam is a growing problem in our country today and what makes it all the more dangerous is that few acknowledge the existence of Radical Muslims.  Our culture has been taught that we are to accept all and that is what we have done with those who have ties to radical extremist or are radical extremist.  Bennett writes his case very well and doesn’t take sides with either Bush or Obama, like many have for who is right and who is wrong, but instead points out the problems and issues he has with both, showing no bias for either.  Bennett tries to show you again and again that we as a nation needs to recognise that there are muslims who are extremist and that we need to take action against those muslims, but first we have to recognise their existence and label them for what they are and not labeling them something else so that we don’t step on someones toes.  Bennett also makes a plea to those who are peaceful Muslims that a way to show their support is not by trying to justify their fellow Muslims actions, but to tell those who are in Afghanistan and Iraq what America has done for them and the freedom it has given them.

I found this book to be a pretty interesting read, not because is kept you focused constantly on it, but because of all the interesting facts and history that I never knew.  Bennett does not show partiality to any political party or group, which also added to it being a good read, because he isn’t about blaming someone, but about adressing a critical issue and presenting some ideas of his own to help fix the problem.

Sir Quinlan and the Swords of Valor is a tale of a man who is given the opportunity to pursue a life of adventure and fuffilment serving the Prince.  However after tragedy strikes and he is the one to blame, he goes back to his normal life trying to not think of his past, but is haunted by it.  He then is given a chance to redeem himself, to face his past, and to save the Kingdom or Arrethtrae.  However, if he is to fail, he will lose everything, including his life and the Kingdom will be overrun by the Dark Knight.

I found this book to be very encouraging because this book is very alligorical, yet also is very much like our culture.  Quinlan, the main figure has the choice of either choosing the comfortable easier life, with few difficulties, or a life with many hardships, yet he could say whether he succeeded or not, that he tried and gave it everything he had.  After we are faced with trials or difficulties, we need to get back up and keep going.  We cannot let our failures and self-pity keep us down, but use them to learn and to become even stronger.  Our lives are not our own, but God’s and we need to use our lives to honor and glorify Him and to look to Him in our success and in our failures.  At the end of our lives God is going to ask how we used our lives and we will have to give Him an answer.  We will either tell Him that we wasted our life on the comfortable path, or that we chose a higher more difficult path, full of trials, but ultimately more fulffiling.  Overall great book!

I Kissed Dating Goodbye is not a book that says you shouldn't have friendships with girls and it is not a book consisting of a bunch of rules.  I Kissed Dating Goodbye is about holding off on romance, until you are ready to make the commitment for marriage.  I found this book to be useful and inspirational, not just for the topic of relationships, but because Harris teaches you things that you will need for life, regardless of Marriage.  Harris teaches you about and points you in the directions of making smart money investments and choices, learning how to fix and change things around the house, and how to treat women with honor, starting with those you are related to.  Overall I Kissed Dating Goodbye is an incredible book and I highly recommend it.

The Final Summit is a fictional book by Andy Andrews that takes David Ponder (the main character) on a journey to find the answer, with the fate of humanity in the balance.  Also, to add to the suspense Ponder only has five tries to answer the question.  As you follow Ponder through this book you’ll meet some of the most inspirational people that have ever lived, some you may know of, others you will learn about.

This book I found to be a very good read, not just because it kept your attention, but because there were many things that you could learn from it.  This book will challenge the way you live your life and not just the decisions you have made, but how you have shaped yourself to be.  You will be challenged to think on how you are living your life and how you are using what you have been given, no matter how much you have.  You will be inspired someway in reading this book as there is many things that you can take from this book, no matter where you come from in life.  I really enjoyed reading this book and look forward to using what I have learned from this book in my life.  I would definitely recommend this book!

Breath Of Angel is a fictional fantasy that takes place in a strange land where angles, which were known to the people as myths and legends, suddenly became a reality.  The main character Melaia is forced from her home and life as a temple priestess, then given a choice between going back to her "normal" life as a priestess, or taking a chance at saving the country of the destruction done to it and righting the wrong.  Throughout the book she is constantly forced with the choice of giving in to what the enemy wants in exchange for her friends, or not giving into the enemy's demands and watching her friends and compatriots suffer.

My personal opinion on the book is that I enjoyed it.  There didn't seem to be a major point or theme to the book, but instead just an easy relaxing read, that keeps you on the edge of your seat.  One thing that I didn't like about it was that at the start of the book, you get sorta confused or lost because there isn't a lot of clarity about how the spiritual realm in the book works.  The spiritual realm, from my perspective is a Judaism style religion.  The reason I say this is because the people acknowledge that there is one God and then also to add to that is that there is temples, priest, and priestess.
